Refund and exchange
You have full return and exchange rights for 30 days from the day you received your goods.

Have you ordered the wrong size and need a new one quickly?
You can then place a new order and we will issue a refund when we have received the return.
If you have to return an item because you don't want it or want to change to another size or item, you can send it to:
Elliotti Living co/Elliotti AB co/ Huvudkontoret, Makadamgatan 5, 254 64 Helsingborg, Sweden.
NOTE! We do not have a visiting address and all returns and exchanges must be made by post!
When returning
If you are returning an item(s), please attach the packing list that came with your package. Or you can simply attach a note with the corresponding information.
Make sure you have left information in the shipment with:
- your name
- order number
- possibly what you want to exchange for or if you want the money back.
Note that for unclaimed packages that are returned to Elliotti Living co/Elliotti AB, the customer will be charged for shipping/return shipping and a service fee for increased costs of EUR 30.
Complaints
We do our utmost to ensure that the goods you ordered from us are fault-free. Should you still receive a defective or wrongly delivered item, you must contact us as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. If there is a visible error on the product, please attach a picture showing the error in your email.
You can reach us by phone: at +46 733 88 47 41 or post@elliottiliving.com. We are of course responsible for shipping in the event of wrong deliveries and complaints. Do not ship returns because of wrong deliveries or complaints before you have contacted us by email, and agreed on how the shipping should be done. We only cover the shipping cost that we have agreed on.
Before you return an order because of complaints, and you want us to cover the shipping cost:
- Send an email to post@elliottiliving.com
- We will send you a return slip.
- Use it and send the unused item back to us in the original packaging.
- When we have received the return, we will refund payment as agreed
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. Read more about the Consumer Purchase Act on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.
The right of refund cannot be exercised if:
- the item cannot be returned in the same condition or quantity, and if the damage or deterioration is due to negligence or a lack of care on the part of the consumer (cf. Right of Cancellation Act ß 12 point a)
- the delivery itself has meant that the item cannot be returned.
- the seal on the item is broken.
- the item is used.
You always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost. This 2-year guarantee is your minimum right.
