Beyond the Cup
When suitable for the individual botanical, freshly prepared herbs may sometimes be incorporated into simple home rituals.
Always review the herb’s individual precautions before use.

BOTANICAL COMPRESSES
A freshly prepared and cooled infusion may be applied using a clean cloth when the individual botanical is suitable for topical use.
Use immediately. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin without professional guidance.

HERBAL BATHS & FOOT SOAKS
Selected botanicals may be added to warm bathwater as part of a quiet, nourishing body-care ritual.
Strain well and check for individual skin sensitivities before use.

RETURN TO NATURE
Once fully cooled, plain plant material without sweeteners or additives may be composted where appropriate.
