Right of Cancellation and Exchange

You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive your goods.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product or return your order, please contact us by email and specify the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

Once we receive your request:

  • We will provide you with a return label to print and attach to your parcel

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging

  • Please clearly include your order number, name, and return instructions inside the package

  • You may choose to exchange the item for another product or request a refund

  • The cost of return or exchange shipping is borne by the customer

Please note that we do not have a visiting address. All returns and exchanges must be sent by post.

Required Information in the Return Package

When returning an item, please include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • Whether you would like an exchange or a refund

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Elliotti, the customer will be charged for shipping, return shipping, and a service fee due to increased handling costs.
The fee is 300 SEK.

Complaints and Defective Items

We do our utmost to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition.
If you receive a defective item or a wrong delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

If the issue is visible, we recommend attaching a photo clearly showing the problem when contacting us.

Consumer Rights and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the guidelines and recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) and the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Exceptions to the Right of Return

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging

  • Products that have been used

  • Cash on delivery (COD) payments are not accepted

If standard return conditions do not apply, this will be clearly stated in the product information.
