Sacha Inchi Bioligo vegetable oil capsules are made from pure Sacha Inchi (or Inca Inchi) oil, which is certified organic and Novel Food. Sacha Inchi oil is the richest vegetable source of omega-3 fatty acids on the European market. It has been used by the Incas for its high content of omega-3, omega-6, omega-9, and vitamin E. It is traditionally known to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol.

Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal cholesterol levels. Omegas 3, 6, and 9 are all unsaturated fatty acids that are naturally present in Sacha Inchi oil.
