How to Use
Simply enjoy Ginevítex® Elixir as part of your daily routine, in line with a balanced and natural lifestyle.
The recommended dose is 1 ml per day, divided into two doses in plenty of water. It is recommended to take on an empty stomach or on a half-empty stomach.
The number of drops depends on the size of the bottle:
– 30 ml bottle: 1 ml corresponds to 40 drops (two doses of 20 drops).
– 100 ml bottle: 1 ml corresponds to 30 drops (two doses of 15 drops).
It is recommended to take it for a minimum of 6 months, and the benefits may take up to 3 months to appear. After that time, the dose and frequency can be adjusted to each person's needs. You can use it as long as you need.
– This dose can be increased when necessary due to menstrual pain, migraine, irritability, etc.
– To help female hormonal imbalances effectively and deeply, it is very important to take it every day since the hormonal system is highly sensitive and constantly changing.

PRECAUTIONS
- Women who are breastfeeding; until more research has been done we recommend you not to use Ginevítex®.

- Not compatible with dopamine agonists and antagonists, cancels the effects of both.

Taking Vitex agnus castus is safe even with prolonged use and is generally well tolerated.
