Process of obtaining: By hydro-alcoholic extraction/evaporation of organic Bourbon planifolia vanilla pods. This concentrate of organic Bourbon planifolia vanilla is then mixed with organic invert sugar syrup and black beans of organic exhausted vanilla.

Appearance: Liquid with presence of grains

Color: Brown

Smell/taste: Typical Bourbon vanilla (sweet, mild, warm, gourmet)

Usage tips

Soluble in alcohol, water, hydrosols and emulsions.

RECIPES:

Vanilla Bourbon Honey Whipped Cream
A creamy, refined-sugar-free topping for desserts and beverages.

Ingredients:

240 ml heavy whipping cream
5-10 ml honey (to taste)(1-2 teaspoons)
5 drops Vanilla Bourbon extract

Instructions:

1. In a chilled mixing bowl, add the cream and honey.
2. Whip until soft peaks form, then add Vanilla Bourbon extract.
3. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Vanilla Bourbon Oatmeal with Honey and Maple
This oatmeal has a rich flavor with no refined sugars.

Ingredients:

120 ml rolled oats
240 ml milk or water
5 drops Vanilla Bourbon extract
15 ml honey (1 tablespoon)
Toppings: sliced almonds, berries, bananas, or any other fruit of choice.

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, bring milk or water to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat to a simmer.
2. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until creamy, then remove from heat.
3. Stir in Vanilla Bourbon extract and honey.
4. Top with almonds and fruit.

Vanilla Bourbon Latte with Honey
A cozy, naturally sweetened latte with a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients:

240 ml milk (or plant-based milk)
1 shot espresso or 120 ml strong brewed coffee
5 drops Vanilla Bourbon extract
5-10 ml honey (adjust to taste)(1-2 teaspoons)

Instructions:

1. Heat and froth the milk with a milk frother
2. Pour the espresso or coffee into a mug, add Vanilla Bourbon extract and honey.
3. Top with frothed milk, stir, and enjoy!
