For migraines, combine 3 drops of Spike Lavender with 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil and dilute in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil. Massage into the temples, neck, and shoulders, or add the blend to a warm compress for additional relief.
14. Acne and Pimples
Dilute 1 drop of Spike Lavender in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of jojoba oil. Apply directly to blemishes or pimples with a cotton swab to reduce inflammation, kill bacteria, and promote healing.

Insoluble in water. However, it is possible to use it in a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case, you must put 4 times more Solubol than essential oil).
